- Require students to check/send emails often, especially day before for Agenda from President
- Project chairs, bring printed out sign-up sheets and maps with you for your event

- Record attendance in notebook
- Update Roster in Google Docs or Dropbox file
- Collect and remind members about paying their dues in the fall
- Put notes on lockers to stay in touch with grade, remind them about events
- Post agenda/handout/calendar online or on Bulletin Board right after meeting for those who missed
- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram page – totally led by kids, have one person as designated Social Media person or Share password and hashtag initials at the end.
- To encourage meeting attendance, have one a month and let the social media and websites keep all informed.
